Shipping Information

Unless stated otherwise, we will only be shipping through USPS. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen mail that occurs once we send it out.

A tracking number will be sent to the email provided on the order when it is packed. For stamped shipping orders (in the future), we will email a shipping notification instead of a tracking number. All stamped mail sales are final and may take a longer shipping period due to the post office.

In-Stock Items: Packing could take between 5-10 days, due to our work and school schedules. We will try our best to send out as soon as possible.

Preorders: Packing will start once we have received our shipment and have added them to our inventory. The time between preorders and packing will vary, depending on the item(s), but we strive to provide the most timely delivery possible.


Incorrect Addresses

We are not responsible for any returned package(s) due to incorrect address, absence at the time of delivery, and other reasons influenced by customers. We will not be doing address confirmation before every send-out!

If you realize the incorrect address was submitted at the time of purchase, send us an email with the updated address and the order number please.

If the package gets returned to us and we re-send it, the customer will be charged again for the price of the Shipping & Handling.

 

Refund & Cancellation Policies

At this time, we will not be doing refunds. However, if you can provide proof of a manufacturer's defect when you receive your package, we may send a replacement. Please make sure to film an unedited video before, during and, after opening the package. And please understand that these steps do not guarantee a refund, which is solely at Pop Seoul LLC’s discretion.

Cancellations are not allowed once an order is placed.
